COOLER BY THE BAY SUMMER GIVEAWAY

1.    Eligibility: The promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Green Bay Vodka, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter.

2.    Entry Period: The promotion begins on May 1st, 2023, at 12 am and ends on August 31st, 2023, at 11:59 PM.

3.    How to Enter: Participants must follow Green Bay Vodka on Facebook or Instagram to win Green Bay Vodka merch. Additionally, to be entered into a raffle for the grand prize, participants must tag Green Bay Vodka and use #coolerbythebay in a Facebook or Instagram post or story. Each participant may enter the promotion 1 time during the entry period.

4.    Prize: Each participant that follows Green Bay Vodka on social will receive a GBV branded prize. All participants who additionally tag Green Bay Vodka on their next social post and use #coolerbythebay will be entered in a drawing for the grand prize bundle. Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

5.    Winner Selection: Everyone that follows us on social will automatically win a single prize. Each single prize winner will be contacted within 7 days of their follow. The Grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The Grand prize winner will be notified by social media messaging within 7 days of the end of the entry period. If any winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6.    General Conditions: By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules and conditions. Green Bay Vodka reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent or illegal behavior. Green Bay Vodka also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud or technical problems are detected.

7.    Privacy: Green Bay Vodka will collect and use participants' personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting the winner. Green Bay Vodka will not share participants' personal information with third parties except as necessary to administer the promotion or as required by law.

8.    Release: By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Green Bay Vodka and its affiliates, agents, and employees from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the promotion or the prize.

9.    Governing Law: The promotion is governed by the laws of The United States and any disputes arising from the promotion or these rules and conditions will be resolved in the courts of The United States.
